VIPER SERVICES: Infrared Inspection & Calibration Checks

 

General Inspection Services Includes thermographic/visual scan of equipment with a comprehensive report of the findings.

 

Optical Gas Imaging/Furnace Inspection Includes thermal camera scans of possible gas leaks and furnace issues with a download of all recorded thermal data and videos.

 

Calibration Checks On-site service includes a calibration check, up to 550℃, for most thermal imaging cameras and pyrometers. This inspects for camera drift as well as uniformity. Note: NIST Traceable calibration checks can be performed at Viper’s facility for temperatures up to 1,200℃.

​Quarterly Service Plan Viper personnel is on-site one day per quarter to verify camera focus and inspect for cleanliness, confirm systems support, and perform software upgrades. This plan includes an annual calibration check of cameras and pyrometers.
